Code Review

This pull request adds a blank line to the Makefile. The title and description indicate this is an automated change for a stability test. This change results in an extra trailing blank line at the end of the file. While standard practice is to have a single newline at the end of a file, this is a minor stylistic matter with no functional impact. As per the instructions to only report issues of medium severity or higher, I am not leaving a detailed comment. No other issues were found in this change.
