store/gc_worker: remove the `Green GC` feature

## Enhancement
Due to the existence of many potential issues with `Green GC`, the develop team have decided to no longer provide support it .
To simplify the maintenance work for the part of "GC_worker", we could try to remove the related deprecated code of `Green GC`
