Improve error message of GC life time

## Feature Request

Currently we may face this error: GC life time is shorter than transaction duration

The error message can be improved, for example, including information about when the transaction is started and when GC was happened, so that it will be easier to understand the cause, i.e. inside a transaction started long time ago, or a query takes too long time, etc.
