http and https support in pulsar schema in changefeed #11336

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yes. Our usecase requires us to use HTTP endpoints for creating pulsar changefeed. Changefeed creation with pulsar downstream only supports pulsar and pulsar+ssl schema only. Hence, a blocker for us.

Feature required: http and https schema support for pulsar schema .
Apache goclient supports HTTP and https scheme type for client creation . But, ticdc does not have support for HTTP and https . Request is add the support for the same.
