DM: Need $k8s_cluster and $tidb_cluster as filter in grafana setup. #12153

Is your feature request related to a problem?
On TiDB Cloud Dedicated, data is collected from multiple TiDB clusters. However, the current Grafana panels do not differentiate between clusters, displaying aggregated results across all of them. This reduces the clarity and effectiveness of the panel insights.
Describe the feature you'd like
To enable meaningful filtering and improve usability, we should modify the Prometheus expressions to include the $k8s_cluster and $tidb_cluster variables, similar to what TiCDC has included in their panel setup. This allows users to leverage the TiDB Cloud-provided filter controls and view data scoped to specific clusters.
