もう少し使いやすいようにこのリポジトリのREADMEを改善したいと思います
connpassなどから説明文を一部持ってきたりとかして、あると良さそうな文章を書いてみました。
ただ、 Redmineパッチ会に参加したい の章はREADMEにあってもあまり活躍する機会がない気がするので削った方がよいかもしれません。
ほかにこんなことを書いた方がよい、ここのニュアンスが...など、ぜひご意見をいただきたいです。
