rpk: print loaded node configuration #8643 & PR Creation

I think I've got code to commit for this request, but I'm struggling with my GitHub specific PR generation. Here's the command I'm giving a try:
gh pr create --base origin/dev --head bh/node-config-print --title "rpk: Add print command to rpk redpanda config command" --body "Adds #8643: Hopefully update this when it gets to GitHub"

And I receive this issue about missing SHA's:
pull request create failed: GraphQL: Head sha can't be blank, Base sha can't be blank, No commits between origin/dev and bh/node-config-print, Head ref must be a branch, Base ref must be a branch (createPullRequest)

Tried several iterations without success. I'm sure I'm missing something that'll be obvious, but this is my first attempt at a Source Open PR.

Ooooo, looks like I need to get familiar with Forks, finally

Yep, it was by using a Fork. Amazing how you can use a tool for so long and never need to touch a feature.

Since this is my first ticket and PR for Redpanda, I'll leave this Discussion open for feedback until merged.

Thanks for that Tyler, I was all over that document. I was stuck on the basic technical bit. Don't think I've ever used a Fork in 10 years of Git usage. Think I've got it submitted and formatted well based on that doc now.
