Fix the possibly no longer supported message on the WordPress plugin directory

A notification message appeared on our plugin page in the WordPress plugin repository:

This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

This need to be fixed and it's another good reason to prioritize #74
