Fix Typos: "Searchers" and "Duplicits" in Docs #79

Description

Hey there! Spotted a couple of typos in the README that could use a quick fix:

  1. "Searchers" in git-hound description
    • Where: In the Pre-commit time tools section, for git-hound.
    • What's wrong: It says Searchers secrets in git, but "Searchers" sounds off. Should be "Searches" since the tool is searching for secrets.
    • Fix: Change to Searches for secrets in git.
    • New Line: | git-hound | https://github.com/tillson/git-hound | Searches for secrets in git |git-hound |
  2. "Duplicits" in Contribution Rules
    • Where: In the Contribution Rules section.
    • What's wrong: It says Avoid duplicits - one tool, one topic. Meant to say "Duplicates".
    • Fix: Swap "Duplicits" for "Duplicates".
    • New Line: Avoid duplicates - one tool, one topic

Reporting these as an issue per the rules. Thanks for the great work on this library!
