non-deterministic build result

What were you trying to do

I tried to build openSUSE's rage-encryption package twice with identical results.

What happened

Builds always differed, even when keeping everything in the environment the same.

In the strings diff, I noticed this:

-        [--encrypt] --passphrase [-a] [-o  --decrypt [-i ] [-o ]"age1..."example_age_pubkeykeygen_name"ssh-ed25519 AAAA...", "ssh-rsa AAAA..."example_ssh_pubkeyrage-after-help-content$  -o 
+        [--encrypt] --passphrase [-a] [-o  --decrypt [-i ] [-o ]"age1..."example_age_pubkey"ssh-ed25519 AAAA...", "ssh-rsa AAAA..."example_ssh_pubkeykeygen_namerage-after-help-content$  -o

that suggests, it could be from i18n code using a HashMap with random retrieval order.
