For the upcoming release I'd like to provide
.deband.rpmfiles in addition to the tarballs on the release page, which should make it easier for folks to justdpkg -i ...and have the binary in theirPATHand the manual pages in theirMANPATH. This adds the metadata for using cargo-deb and cargo-generate-rpm toCargo.toml.
