Box APCs fucked

Likely because of #38269 lots of apcs are now missing wires yay
includes: Bar, research division, locker room, locker room toilets, the SME room, and potentially more that I cannot obviously see on a map changer.
Also, making sure the wires are correct dirs are fucking awful now because they all more or less look the exact goddamn same unless you look very closely at best and there is no tell at worst.

ah yeah, found out it was because of mapping errors and nothing to do with the smoothing itself, on all these cases anyways
