What this does
This PR changes the black shadow in an open-topped Ripley to a small version of the contained pilot. This allows one to visually glance and see who is inside, vs the live version where you just see a dark shadow.
Why it's good
A tad cooler visual open-topped robot experience. It's not the best, but it's a step closer to something actually good.
How it was tested
Spawned three Ripleys, colored them all 3 open-topped variant styles, threw various lil mans inside. Watched a vox die of oxygen poisoning. Watched a plasmaman burn. Ran around a bit.
