When trying to report a yarn issue, checking https://yarnpkg.com/advanced/sherlock is recommended. However, it 404s

To reproduce

1. create new issue https://github.com/yarnpkg/berry/issues/new?assignees=&labels=bug&projects=&template=bug-report.yml&title=%5BBug%3F%5D%3A+
2. click on https://yarnpkg.com/advanced/sherlock
